Eastern Shore Land Conservancy understands how important privacy is to our members. We are committed to protecting your privacy and want to make sure that you understand how your membership information is used.
Donations
ESLC maintains records of all donations made to the organization. Personal information is private and confidential. Additionally, all information is stored in a secure location accessible only by authorized staff. ESLC may contact you with further communications via email, US Postal Service or telephone. If you wish to restrict the use of your contact information, you can choose to opt out from fundraising solicitations and/or any contact with ESLC simply by letting us know what you prefer.
List Sharing
ESLC will not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise disclose information, including email addresses, about our donors for fundraising or marketing purposes. On occasion, ESLC may share the names and mailing addresses of our donors with select environmental organizations for strategic communications relating to environmental outreach efforts.
Web site information
Regarding www.eslc.org, ESLC does not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise disclose information, including email addresses, about the visitors to our Website. Although we capture limited information about visits to the site (e.g. what pages are most/least popular), this information is used only to analyze general traffic patterns and to perform routine system maintenance.
