Eastern Shore Land Conservancy has protected more than 65,000 acres of land across more than 300 properties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. This short film tells the story of how the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy began and why its mission is important.
In honor of the Year of the Woman, Eastern Shore Land Conservancy (ESLC) asked three phenomenal supporters to share what conservation means to them. Louisa Duemling, Caroline Gabel, and Jennifer Stanley have supported ESLC’s since the beginning, and their stories weave together to tell a story of perseverance, philanthropic impact, and purpose, all driven by a common love for Maryland’s Eastern Shore and the natural environment that surrounds us.
By making a gift to ESLC, you are helping us to protect farmland, natural habitats and open spaces for recreation. You are making our small towns vibrant and economically viable. You are preserving our quality of life on the Eastern Shore!
