Land Conservation Intern

Eastern Shore Land Conservancy (ESLC) seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Land Conservation Intern for summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience with Maryland’s leading regional land trust and provides exposure to the full breadth of land conservation efforts on the Eastern Shore. The intern will work closely with ESLC’s land conservation team and gain practical experience related to conservation easement projects, easement monitoring, enhanced stewardship and restoration, GIS analysis and mapping, and organizational operations.
