Where were you before your time with ESLC?

I am from Laurel, DE. I attended Sussex Technical High School in Georgetown with my focus being on Health Professions. After graduating high school, I went on to obtain my R.N. license by attending Beebe School of Nursing in Lewes, DE. I was a labor and delivery nurse for about 8 years and then went on to do Pediatric Office nursing and even wound care for the next 10 years.

How did you come to work for ESLC?

I came to work at ESLC as I had burned out of the nursing scene after seeing some pretty not nice things. I wanted some normalcy in my life and I come from an agricultural family, I saw the ad on indeed and thought why not…this fits perfect administrative work, saving land, creatures and the water.

What is your favorite thing about ESLC?

The people. I could not ask for a better group of people to work with. Everyone has such a comradery and sense of humor that every place should have!

If you were given a million dollars, what would you do with it?

If I had a million dollars…if I had a million dollars my! I would move to my most favorite place on earth: Williamsburg, VA. Silly, I know, but the quaintness of that town has my heart. Other than that if no one would move with me I would make sure my family is taken care of in any way needed or wanted. They have always been there for me and I would want to be there and make every possible dream they could have come true as they do for me.
