Eastern Shore Land Conservancy is hosting a workshop on Sustainable Growth on the Eastern Shore. This workshop will include issues on the intersection of housing and transportation, comprehensive plan and zoning updates, adaptation to climate and market forces, and the barriers preventing our communities from growing sustainably and equitably.

Speakers include:

  • Phillip Walters – Project Manager & Senior Analyst at Urban3

  • D’Shawn Doughty – Salisbury Council President / Development Manager for Green Street Housing
  • Sarah Abel – Chief Sustainable Growth Officer for Maryland Department of Planning
  • Tracey Taylor – Director of Lower Eastern Shore Regional Office for Maryland Department of Planning
